Across the Universe
For not being a Beatles fan and usually refusing to watch musicals Across the Universe was surprisingly good. Amazing no. However, I can see where this movie would hit home with most Beatles fans as I felt jealous that one of my favorite artists couldn't have a movie based on their music like this.
Descent
Well how do I say it, this movie was boring and not nearly as shocking as advertised. Rosario Dawson is beautiful as ever, and her rape scene is a little unnerving, but the far to timely revenge rape scene in the film's climax just made me want to watch something else instead of feel moved.
